  根據客戶整個發射系統消耗功率和轉換效率,我們計算出電池組需48V 65Ah就能滿足客戶的工作時間要求。由于整組電池電壓高、整體電池容量比較大,環境溫度比較高,且為保證整個系統的穩定性,在鋰電池電(dian)芯(xin)方面我們(men)采用日本進口鋰電(dian)池(chi)芯(xin),該電(dian)芯(xin)的整體一致性高,每顆電(dian)芯(xin)都內置(zhi)多(duo)重(zhong)保(bao)護,包含防爆閥(fa),PTC等。

  電源系(xi)統(tong)(tong)PCM保(bao)(bao)護(hu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)單(dan)(dan)元包含:1 設置檢測單(dan)(dan)串(chuan)電池(chi)(chi)的過充,過放保(bao)(bao)護(hu);2 整組(zu)電池(chi)(chi)溫度保(bao)(bao)護(hu),過流保(bao)(bao)護(hu),短路保(bao)(bao)護(hu);3 單(dan)(dan)串(chuan)電池(chi)(chi)之間的平衡系(xi)統(tong)(tong);

  電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)量(liang)檢測部分包含檢測系統和顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)系統。檢測采用電(dian)(dian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓運算的(de)方式,顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)和檢測準(zhun)確度非常高,配合LCD顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)屏動(dong)態直觀的(de)全程檢測顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)電(dian)(dian)池的(de)充放電(dian)(dian)狀態。

  二、。移動通訊微(wei)波發射(she)塔(ta)后備電(dian)源電(dian)池設計方案:

  1)電池組設計參數:客戶要求1000W的(de)交流供電系統能工(gong)作兩個小時,我們根據UPS的(de)轉換效率和配合電壓,計算出(chu)電池的(de)電壓和容量為48.1V/65Ah,能滿足系統滿載工(gong)作150分鐘(zhong)。

  2)保護(hu)板(ban)(PCM)設計參數:具備(bei)單節過充,過放,溫度,過流,短路保護(hu)等。具體保護(hu)參數如下:

  1、單節過充保護電(dian)壓(ya):4.22±0.25V

  2、單節過(guo)充恢(hui)復(fu)電壓:4.15±0.50V

  3、單節過放保護電壓:3.00±0.10V

  4、單(dan)節(jie)過放恢復(fu)電壓:3.30±0.10V

  5、組合電池過流保護值(zhi)(10ms):70A

  6、充電(dian)平衡電(dian)流:50±10mA

  7、充電(dian)(dian)平衡電(dian)(dian)壓:4.18±25mV

  8、電池溫(wen)度(du)(du)保護范圍(可恢復):-20~60度(du)(du)

  9、成品電(dian)池還具(ju)備短路保護

  3)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)量(liang)監控系統(PCM)設計功能(neng):采用(yong)智能(neng)的專用(yong)芯片,配合LCD顯示(shi)屏:可(ke)根據(ju)需要實時通過按鍵來(lai)設置顯示(shi)參數,顯示(shi)部(bu)分(fen)包含:電(dian)池(chi)(chi)當(dang)前容(rong)量(liang)、當(dang)前容(rong)量(liang)百分(fen)比(bi)(bi)(bi),當(dang)前電(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)壓、充電(dian)電(dian)流、放電(dian)電(dian)流,放電(dian)剩(sheng)余時間(jian),電(dian)量(liang)百分(fen)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(RSOC)以及絕對剩(sheng)余電(dian)量(liang)百分(fen)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(ASOC)。

  4)電(dian)(dian)池整體(ti)結構設(she)計(ji)要求:由(you)于(yu)基站(zhan)的分(fen)布區域(yu)廣,且是放置野(ye)外,除考(kao)(kao)(kao)慮(lv)與電(dian)(dian)池的絕緣外,還需(xu)考(kao)(kao)(kao)慮(lv)防(fang)潮,不易老(lao)化(hua)變(bian)質等,所以外殼結構采用玻(bo)纖(xian)板作為主(zhu)體(ti)。由(you)于(yu)電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)組合數量比較多,需(xu)考(kao)(kao)(kao)慮(lv)隔離和散熱的問題,我(wo)們(men)采用電(dian)(dian)池專用工程(cheng)塑膠支架作為鋰電(dian)(dian)池組固定和隔離的主(zhu)體(ti)。

  5)二次保(bao)(bao)護(hu):整組電(dian)池(chi)加設異常過流(liu)(liu)短(duan)路(lu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)保(bao)(bao)險絲(si),以防止電(dian)池(chi)異常和(he)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)板失效導致電(dian)流(liu)(liu)過大。在PCM系統(tong)異常后產(chan)生過大電(dian)流(liu)(liu)時保(bao)(bao)險絲(si)會切斷(duan)整個電(dian)池(chi)組的(de)輸出回路(lu),且不可恢復。

  6)鋰電池電芯:采用日本原裝進口(kou)電芯,18650鋰電池電芯/18650/2500mAh/3.7V,該電芯具備(bei)好的(de)安全(quan)性和一致性,從而(er)保證了整個電池組(zu)的(de)可靠性。
