充電器原理

首(shou)先,快充和慢(man)(man)充是(shi)個相對(dui)的概念。有(you)人曾問,充電器充電電流(liu)有(you)200mA,是(shi)不是(shi)快充?這個答案并(bing)不絕(jue)對(dui),應該回答對(dui)于某些(xie)電池(chi)來說,它是(shi)快充,而對(dui)于某些(xie)電池(chi)來說,它只(zhi)是(shi)慢(man)(man)充。那我們究竟怎樣來判別(bie)快充還是(shi)慢(man)(man)充呢?
例如一節5號(hao)鎳氫電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容量(liang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)1200mAH,而(er)(er)另(ling)一節則為(wei)(wei)(wei)1600mAH。把(ba)一節電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容量(liang)稱為(wei)(wei)(wei)1C,可見1C只(zhi)是一個邏輯概念,同樣的(de)(de)1C,并不相等。在充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流小于0.1C時,稱為(wei)(wei)(wei)涓(juan)流充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。顧名思義,是指電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流很小。一般而(er)(er)言,涓(juan)流充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能夠(gou)把(ba)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充(chong)(chong)的(de)(de)很足(zu),而(er)(er)不傷害(hai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)壽命,但用涓(juan)流充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)所花的(de)(de)時間實在太長,因此很少單獨使(shi)用,而(er)(er)是和其(qi)它充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方式結合(he)使(shi)用。
充(chong)(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)在0.1C-0.2C之間時(shi),稱為慢(man)速充(chong)(chong)電(dian)。充(chong)(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)大于(yu)0.2C,小于(yu)0.8C則是(shi)快(kuai)速充(chong)(chong)電(dian)。而當充(chong)(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)大于(yu)0.8C時(shi),稱之為超高速充(chong)(chong)電(dian)。
正因(yin)為1C是(shi)個邏輯概念而(er)非絕對值(zhi),因(yin)此根據1C折(zhe)算的快(kuai)充(chong)慢充(chong)也是(shi)一個相對值(zhi)。前面例子中(zhong)提到的200mA充(chong)電電流對于(yu)1200mAH的電池來說是(shi)慢充(chong),而(er)對于(yu)700mAH的電池來說就(jiu)是(shi)快(kuai)充(chong)。
放電說明
充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)池的(de)記(ji)(ji)憶(yi)效(xiao)應(ying),當(dang)記(ji)(ji)憶(yi)效(xiao)應(ying)逐漸累積,會使(shi)電(dian)(dian)池的(de)實(shi)際(ji)使(shi)用(yong)容量大(da)幅(fu)下降。要減輕記(ji)(ji)憶(yi)效(xiao)應(ying)所帶來(lai)的(de)負作用(yong),一(yi)個有效(xiao)的(de)方法(fa)就是放(fang)電(dian)(dian)。一(yi)般來(lai)講由于鎳鎘(ge)電(dian)(dian)池的(de)記(ji)(ji)憶(yi)效(xiao)應(ying)比較明(ming)顯,建議在(zai)(zai)反(fan)復充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)使(shi)用(yong)5-10次后就作一(yi)次放(fang)電(dian)(dian),而鎳氫(qing)電(dian)(dian)池的(de)記(ji)(ji)憶(yi)效(xiao)應(ying)不太明(ming)顯,可以(yi)在(zai)(zai)反(fan)復充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)使(shi)用(yong)20-30次后作一(yi)次放(fang)電(dian)(dian)。在(zai)(zai)市場上銷售的(de)一(yi)些高檔(dang)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)自身帶有放(fang)電(dian)(dian)功能(neng)(neng),但絕(jue)大(da)部分的(de)中低(di)檔(dang)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)是沒有放(fang)電(dian)(dian)功能(neng)(neng)的(de),這時該怎么辦呢?在(zai)(zai)了(le)解了(le)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)的(de)原理(li)后,也可以(yi)自己嘗試(shi)著對電(dian)(dian)池進行放(fang)電(dian)(dian)。
鎳(nie)鎘電(dian)池和鎳(nie)氫電(dian)池的標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓是(shi)(shi)1.2V,但實際上(shang),電(dian)池的電(dian)壓是(shi)(shi)個變化的值,隨著電(dian)量(liang)是(shi)(shi)否充足,圍繞著1.2V左右(you)進行波動。一般在1V-1.4V之間波動,不(bu)(bu)同(tong)品牌(pai)的電(dian)池由于工藝上(shang)的不(bu)(bu)盡相同(tong),電(dian)壓波動范圍也不(bu)(bu)完(wan)全一致(zhi)。

2、充電電流大于電池容量的5%,小于等于10%時(shi):

3、充電電流大于(yu)電池容量的10%,小于(yu)等于(yu)15%時:
