藍牙耳機電池不充電應急維修方法
一只μVisiON(優(you)威信)ZL600立體聲藍牙耳機,故障為不能(neng)開機,充不進電。
用(yong)小(xiao)一(yi)字儀表改(gai)錐沿外殼(ke)面板接縫細心撬開(kai)正(zheng)面蓋(gai)板,再小(xiao)心取出電路板和內部電池。
注意(yi)(yi):電(dian)路(lu)(lu)板(ban)與外(wai)殼(ke)問有(you)兩處(chu)用膠粘接,要用小(xiao)―字(zi)改錐細(xi)心撥開(kai);麥克風、發聲單元都用膠固定在(zai)外(wai)殼(ke)上了(le),輕拉出電(dian)路(lu)(lu)板(ban)到―定位置(zhi)就(jiu)行了(le),注意(yi)(yi)別(bie)拽斷引(yin)線(xian)。
故障分析:這(zhe)款藍牙(ya)耳機使用了(le)容量為(wei)(wei)l00mAh的鋰(li)(li)聚合(he)物電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)帶有充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護板。測(ce)(ce)量鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)(wei)0.4V左右(you),用5V電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),測(ce)(ce)得充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流為(wei)(wei)零(ling)。剝開(kai)包在鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)保(bao)(bao)護板外層的絕緣(yuan)膠(jiao)皮,測(ce)(ce)得鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)心的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)(wei)1.05V,說明鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓太低,已經低于(yu)保(bao)(bao)護板的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)開(kai)啟電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,保(bao)(bao)護板起(qi)保(bao)(bao)護作用,斷開(kai)了(le)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)路。
于是用(yong)外(wai)接(jie)(jie)5V電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)串聯33Ω電(dian)(dian)阻直接(jie)(jie)對鋰電(dian)(dian)心(xin)充電(dian)(dian),測得充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流從100mA逐(zhu)漸下降,鋰電(dian)(dian)心(xin)的(de)端電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)逐(zhu)漸上(shang)升,當(dang)上(shang)升到3V左右時停止外(wai)接(jie)(jie)充電(dian)(dian),使用(yong)原機(ji)(ji)配的(de)充電(dian)(dian)線插(cha)人藍(lan)牙(ya)耳(er)機(ji)(ji)的(de)充電(dian)(dian)插(cha)口,這時可(ke)以正常充電(dian)(dian)了(le)!將(jiang)鋰電(dian)(dian)心(xin)和保護板(ban)用(yong)絕(jue)緣膠皮包好,裝回(hui)耳(er)機(ji)(ji)內部,按原樣(yang)恢(hui)復藍(lan)牙(ya)耳(er)機(ji)(ji),正常充電(dian)(dian),雨個(ge)多小(xiao)時后充滿電(dian)(dian),可(ke)以正常使用(yong)了(le)。
本(ben)以為這個藍牙耳機修復成功了(le),于是用其聽(ting)歌試(shi)用,2個多小時后電(dian)量耗(hao)盡自(zi)動(dong)關機,再測試(shi)又(you)(you)回到了(le)原來(lai)的故障狀態(tai):既不能開機也充不進(jin)電(dian),又(you)(you)處于保護(hu)狀杰。
綜合分析:鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)池(chi)保護(hu)板的(de)(de)放電(dian)保護(hu)功能失效,放電(dian)終止(zhi)電(dian)壓(ya)低于充電(dian)開(kai)啟電(dian)壓(ya)。可以(yi)選擇(ze)的(de)(de)修(xiu)復方案有(you):(1)更換新的(de)(de)帶(dai)保護(hu)板的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)池(chi)。但一時(shi)很(hen)難(nan)買到容量相近、尺寸相符(fu)的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)池(chi);(2)保留(liu)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)心,更換鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)保護(hu)板。可從(cong)淘汰的(de)(de)或(huo)損(sun)壞(huai)的(de)(de)舊MP3內部的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)池(chi)上(shang)拆下(xia)大(da)小合適的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)(li)(li)電(dian)保護(hu)板換上(shang),但這(zhe)條途徑也有(you)困(kun)難(nan)。在(zai)上(shang)述兩種方法都難(nan)以(yi)實現的(de)(de)情況下(xia),我(wo)采用了如圖所示的(de)(de)應急(ji)方法進(jin)行維修(xiu)。
修理方法:圖(tu)中(zhong)虛線方框中(zhong)為鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)(hu)板(ban)內(nei)部(bu)示意圖(tu),經檢查,這(zhe)個藍牙耳(er)機的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)(hu)板(ban)在(zai)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)負(fu)極(ji)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路中(zhong)有一個無(wu)觸點開(kai)關,鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)(hu)板(ban)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)這(zhe)個無(wu)觸點開(kai)關的(de)(de)通(tong)(tong)、斷來(lai)對鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)起充、放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)(hu)作用(yong)。現在(zai)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)保護(hu)(hu)板(ban)的(de)(de)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)倮護(hu)(hu)功能失效,放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)終(zhong)止電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低于充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)開(kai)啟電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),導致無(wu)法充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),為此,用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R和發光(guang)二(er)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)D串聯后再并接(jie)到(dao)這(zhe)個無(wu)觸點開(kai)關的(de)(de)兩側(即(ji)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)保護(hu)(hu)板(ban)的(de)(de)負(fu)極(ji)引出線與鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)負(fu)極(ji)之間),為鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)搭建負(fu)極(ji)輔助充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路。發光(guang)二(er)極(ji)管(guan)(guan)D選(xuan)用(yong)導通(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)1.5V~2.0V的(de)(de)紅色(se)或(huo)綠色(se)貼片(pian)(pian)LED,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R起限流作用(yong),可(ke)選(xuan)用(yong)100Ω左右的(de)(de)貼片(pian)(pian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)。
充電過程:剛充電時鋰電池電壓低于鋰電保護板的充電開啟電壓,鋰電保護板內部的無觸點開關斷開,但充電電流由電源正極流經鋰電池后,從鋰電池的負極經電阻R和發光二極管D流到電源負極,給鋰電池充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian):隨著充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)的(de)進(jin)行,鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)壓逐漸上(shang)升達到(dao)(dao)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)板的(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)開(kai)(kai)(kai)啟電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)板內部的(de)無(wu)觸點(dian)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關導通,鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池進(jin)人正常充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)態;當(dang)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)到(dao)(dao)約3.7V(實(shi)測)時(shi),發光二(er)極管D截止,電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R和發光二(er)極管D串聯構(gou)成的(de)負(fu)極輔助充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)路斷開(kai)(kai)(kai),但這時(shi)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)板維持對鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian);當(dang)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)(chong)(chong)滿(man)時(shi)(約4.2V),鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)板內部的(de)無(wu)觸點(dian)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關斷開(kai)(kai)(kai),起到(dao)(dao)充(chong)(chong)(chong)滿(man)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)用。
由于(yu)電(dian)阻R和發光(guang)二極管D這兩個貼片元件體積很小,將它們串聯(lian)焊在一起,并聯(lian)到(dao)鋰電(dian)池(chi)保護板上(shang)后可(ke)以直接放(fang)在保護板邊上(shang),也可(ke)以用細(xi)導線引出(chu)來(lai)用雙面不干膠粘貼在藍牙耳機(ji)內(nei)部合(he)適的(de)位置。
注意事項:由于是靠發光二極管D的截止電壓來斷開輔助充電電路,輔助充電電路沒有穩定的關斷電壓,因此輸人的充電電源電壓應以⒋5V~5.0V為宜,盡可能接近5V,最高不能超過5.2V。日前市場上銷售的有些充電器實際輸出(chu)電壓與(yu)標(biao)稱值相差很大,一定(ding)要(yao)實測輸出(chu)電壓是(shi)否(fou)在上述范圍(wei)之內。
由于這樣修理(li)后鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池并沒(mei)有恢復放電(dian)(dian)保護(hu)功(gong)能,使用中可(ke)能會(hui)因過放電(dian)(dian)影響鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池的(de)壽命(ming),因此使用中要注意電(dian)(dian)池放完電(dian)(dian)后應及時(shi)充電(dian)(dian),不要在低電(dian)(dian)壓下長時(shi)間擱置,最好不要等(deng)電(dian)(dian)量耗盡(jin)再充電(dian)(dian),當工作中藍牙耳機(ji)發出(chu)“嘀嘀”提示(shi)音(yin)時(shi)就要及時(shi)充電(dian)(dian)。當然,這是(shi)應急使用的(de)方(fang)法,能買到相(xiang)近規格(ge)的(de)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池直接代換最好。
