中國鋰電池使用在電動自行車行業可行性發展報告
一、電動自行車用鋰電池發展現狀
(一)鋰電自行(xing)車在(zai)國內發(fa)展現狀
目前,鋰電池(chi)應(ying)用于電動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)車已經較為普遍,每年(nian)在國(guo)(guo)內(nei)(nei)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)與銷售(shou)的電動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)車產(chan)(chan)品當中,已經有超過幾十萬輛(liang)(liang)采用了(le)鋰電池(chi)作為動(dong)力驅動(dong)。2006年(nian),國(guo)(guo)內(nei)(nei)鋰電自(zi)行(xing)車產(chan)(chan)銷量(liang)約為4萬輛(liang)(liang)左(zuo)右,而(er)到(dao)2010年(nian),這一數字(zi)已經達到(dao)了(le)12萬輛(liang)(liang)。
雖然電動車用鋰電池在產銷量上每年都在增長,但相對于鉛酸蓄電池的份額,鋰電自行車在所有電動自行車中所占的比重只有4%,處于較低的水平。
據行業人(ren)士估(gu)計,目前中國電動自(zi)(zi)行車(che)(che)行業的(de)發展趨(qu)向(xiang)于鋰(li)電車(che)(che)將取代部分鉛酸車(che)(che)的(de)發展方向(xiang),因(yin)此,鋰(li)電自(zi)(zi)行車(che)(che)預計將在幾年之(zhi)內(nei)突破百萬輛(liang)。
(二(er))、鋰(li)電自行車(che)在國際市場(chang)的發展現狀
由于國外對電動自行車產品需求的特殊性,鋰電自行車在國際市場的受歡迎程度高于國內,從相關數據中我們可以看出,國內鋰電自行車從2006年出口1萬輛發展到2010年的28.2萬輛,其增長速度較快。
因此,對于鋰電市場來說,呈現出了一個鮮明的特征,即外銷的增長快于內銷增長,外貿企業的發展也快于內貿企業。
目前,國(guo)內有眾多鋰(li)電(dian)池、鋰(li)電(dian)自行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)生(sheng)產企(qi)業將主(zhu)要市(shi)(shi)場(chang)定位于國(guo)際(ji)市(shi)(shi)場(chang),在(zai)電(dian)動自行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)整車(che)企(qi)業中(zhong),力霸皇、新日、綠源、捷(jie)奧比、途爾、喜德盛、捷(jie)安特(te)、寶島等企(qi)業都以專(zhuan)業生(sheng)產鋰(li)電(dian)自行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)為方向(xiang),并著(zhu)力開拓海外(wai)鋰(li)電(dian)市(shi)(shi)場(chang),這部分企(qi)業的鋰(li)電(dian)自行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)產品在(zai)國(guo)際(ji)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)的出口(kou)量占有很大比例。
二、電動自行車行業鋰電板(ban)塊(kuai)格局、品(pin)牌格局
(一)中國(guo)電(dian)動(dong)自行車(che)用鋰(li)電(dian)產業(ye)板塊格局
中國鋰(li)電產(chan)業經過多(duo)(duo)年的發展,目(mu)前已經形成了包括(kuo)江(jiang)蘇、浙江(jiang)、上海、天津、廣(guang)東等幾(ji)大板塊,在(zai)這幾(ji)大區域內,集中分布(bu)著眾多(duo)(duo)鋰(li)電池生(sheng)產(chan)企業與鋰(li)電自行車生(sheng)產(chan)企業。幾(ji)大板塊在(zai)產(chan)銷量(liang)上的狀況為,蘇錫常地區占(zhan)據45%的市場,浙江(jiang)永康占(zhan)20%,上海占(zhan)15%,天津占(zhan)15%,深圳占(zhan)5%。
幾大板塊中,江蘇板塊以鋰電池產(chan)品的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)發(fa)(fa)、設計為(wei)(wei)特(te)色(se),特(te)別是在(zai)蘇州、昆山等(deng)(deng)地(di),外資(zi)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)眾(zhong)多,這些企(qi)(qi)業(ye)引進國外先(xian)(xian)進研(yan)(yan)發(fa)(fa)技術,成為(wei)(wei)其最(zui)突出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)優勢,江(jiang)蘇板(ban)(ban)塊(kuai)主要分布(bu)著(zhu)捷奧比(bi)、星恒(heng)等(deng)(deng)企(qi)(qi)業(ye);天(tian)津板(ban)(ban)塊(kuai)由于一直(zhi)以(yi)來作為(wei)(wei)自(zi)行車企(qi)(qi)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)集(ji)聚(ju)地(di),其生(sheng)產(chan)能(neng)(neng)力(li)一直(zhi)位于電(dian)動(dong)車行業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)前列,因(yin)此,天(tian)津板(ban)(ban)塊(kuai)以(yi)制(zhi)造方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)優勢為(wei)(wei)鋰電(dian)產(chan)業(ye)帶來了(le)發(fa)(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)可能(neng)(neng)性,天(tian)津板(ban)(ban)塊(kuai)主要分布(bu)著(zhu)科斯特(te)、美麗(li)行等(deng)(deng)企(qi)(qi)業(ye);廣東板(ban)(ban)塊(kuai)憑(ping)借深圳(zhen)這一電(dian)子科技最(zui)為(wei)(wei)發(fa)(fa)達的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基地(di),匯集(ji)了(le)包括研(yan)(yan)發(fa)(fa)、生(sheng)產(chan)能(neng)(neng)力(li)領先(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)眾(zhong)多企(qi)(qi)業(ye),這也為(wei)(wei)廣東板(ban)(ban)塊(kuai)鋰電(dian)產(chan)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展奠定了(le)基礎,廣東板(ban)(ban)塊(kuai)主要分布(bu)著(zhu)喜(xi)德盛、精進能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)、毅力(li)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)等(deng)(deng)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)。
(二)中國電動自(zi)行車用鋰電行業品牌格局
中(zhong)國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)車(che)用鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池行(xing)業(ye)(ye)相(xiang)對并不成(cheng)熟,品牌數量也并不多。鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)自(zi)行(xing)車(che)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)中(zhong),一(yi)部(bu)分是從傳統自(zi)行(xing)車(che)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)轉型而(er)來,另(ling)一(yi)部(bu)分從鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)橫向擴(kuo)張而(er)來,主(zhu)要(yao)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)有(you):捷(jie)安特、阿米尼、新(xin)(xin)日、飛(fei)鴿(ge)、凱(kai)特、順(shun)地、雅哥弟(di)、大(da)行(xing)、力(li)霸(ba)王、途爾(er)、普利司通、捷(jie)奧比、喜德盛(sheng)、小羚(ling)羊、綠能、卡摩等,其(qi)中(zhong),市場(chang)占有(you)率最(zui)大(da)的(de)(de)品牌是捷(jie)安特與飛(fei)鴿(ge)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)車(che)用鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池生(sheng)(sheng)產企(qi)業(ye)(ye)中(zhong),一(yi)部(bu)分是從生(sheng)(sheng)產鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池轉型而(er)來,另(ling)一(yi)部(bu)分則是專(zhuan)門從事鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池研發(fa)與生(sheng)(sheng)產的(de)(de)企(qi)業(ye)(ye),主(zhu)要(yao)有(you):星(xing)恒、比亞迪、迪耐特、潤峰、天能、振(zhen)龍、萬(wan)好萬(wan)家(jia)、光宇(yu)、中(zhong)投、精進能源、漢維、力(li)神、毅力(li)、雷(lei)天、同大(da)、航力(li)源、雙一(yi)力(li)、捷(jie)威、德朗能、南都等。近年來,由(you)于國家(jia)對新(xin)(xin)能源產業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)支持力(li)度加大(da),對“超標”電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)的(de)(de)加強(qiang)管理,以(yi)及對全國范圍內鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池行(xing)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)整(zheng)治,使得(de)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)產業(ye)(ye)獲得(de)了一(yi)定的(de)(de)機遇(yu),眾多企(qi)業(ye)(ye)加入到(dao)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池產品的(de)(de)開發(fa)與生(sheng)(sheng)產中(zhong)來,市場(chang)上涌現出一(yi)批新(xin)(xin)興品牌。
三、影響鋰(li)電(dian)自行車推廣(guang)的因素(su)分析
(一(yi))產品售后服(fu)務(wu)不夠完善
首先(xian)由于(yu)鋰電(dian)(dian)自行(xing)車(che)渠道方(fang)面發育程度低,產品(pin)的(de)售后(hou)(hou)服(fu)務并不(bu)完善,解決(jue)消費者(zhe)的(de)后(hou)(hou)顧(gu)之憂仍然有(you)一(yi)(yi)定(ding)的(de)空間。造成這一(yi)(yi)問題的(de)因(yin)(yin)素(su)有(you)很多,鋰電(dian)(dian)自行(xing)車(che)與鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)企(qi)業(ye)的(de)售后(hou)(hou)服(fu)務網(wang)絡(luo)少(shao),消費者(zhe)有(you)問題找不(bu)到地(di)方(fang)修;鋰電(dian)(dian)自行(xing)車(che)售后(hou)(hou)服(fu)務配件少(shao),鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)維護(hu)必須(xu)拿回工廠維護(hu);此(ci)外(wai),用于(yu)維護(hu)的(de)備用鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)少(shao)。另外(wai),售后(hou)(hou)服(fu)務的(de)不(bu)及時(shi)、售后(hou)(hou)人員業(ye)務不(bu)熟練(lian)等原因(yin)(yin)都是造成消費者(zhe)對鋰電(dian)(dian)自行(xing)車(che)存在(zai)后(hou)(hou)顧(gu)之憂的(de)原因(yin)(yin)。
(二)鋰離子電池組的安(an)全(quan)性(xing)和質量的穩定性(xing)
鋰離子電池組的安全性是鋰電自行車發展成敗的關鍵。目前鋰電池技術方面存在過流、過充、過熱,擠壓、針刺、短路等幾大問題,因此,要提高鋰電池的安全性,必須從這幾方面著手。另一方面,鋰離子電池單級質量的穩定性是制約鋰電自行車推廣的根本原因。目前需要解決的問題有:鋰電池內電阻一致性、鋰電池內電壓一致性、鋰電池電容量一致性;其次,鋰離子電池組裝配工藝的可靠性是影響鋰電自行車推廣的重要因素,其中包括:鋰電池組焊接的可靠性、鋰電池組保護系統焊接的可靠性。目前,電動自行車用鋰電池產品采用的標準為QB/T 2947.3-2009《電動自行車用蓄電池及充電器第3部分(fen):鋰(li)離子(zi)蓄(xu)電池及充電器》,在(zai)這(zhe)一標準的基礎(chu)上,鋰(li)電池產(chan)品的通用性、互換性、一致性等仍需要得到進一步規范。
(三)鋰電自行車渠道的完善(shan)性

(四)鋰電自行車產品價(jia)格偏高
目前鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)自行車的(de)(de)(de)價(jia)格(ge)(ge)普遍(bian)比鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車高出幾百元(yuan)到一千(qian)元(yuan),大(da)(da)(da)多數消費者難以(yi)接受與(yu)鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)車如此大(da)(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)價(jia)格(ge)(ge)差距,因(yin)此銷(xiao)量(liang)并(bing)不大(da)(da)(da)。鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)自行車雖然有明(ming)顯的(de)(de)(de)優勢,但鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)成(cheng)本(ben)導致的(de)(de)(de)價(jia)格(ge)(ge)居高不下,成(cheng)了制(zhi)約其(qi)發展的(de)(de)(de)最大(da)(da)(da)因(yin)素(su),一組36V鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(zai)國內市場(chang)售(shou)價(jia)為1500元(yuan)左右,加(jia)上(shang)配件等,一般生(sheng)產成(cheng)本(ben)在(zai)2800元(yuan)以(yi)上(shang),若再加(jia)上(shang)營銷(xiao)等其(qi)他成(cheng)本(ben),其(qi)價(jia)格(ge)(ge)還(huan)遠不止這個數字,現北京(jing)市場(chang)上(shang)銷(xiao)售(shou)的(de)(de)(de)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)車普遍(bian)價(jia)格(ge)(ge)為3200-3800元(yuan)。業內人士認為,鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)輕巧(qiao)、環(huan)保,廢棄后不會產生(sheng)環(huan)境(jing)污染,一旦應用技術(shu)成(cheng)熟,市場(chang)銷(xiao)量(liang)加(jia)大(da)(da)(da),鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)自行車的(de)(de)(de)價(jia)格(ge)(ge)肯(ken)定會降下來。
(五)鋰電池充電器和電池(chi)保護功能的(de)完善(shan)
鋰電池電動自行車的品質,在很大程度上還是依賴于電動車充電器和電(dian)池(chi)保護體的(de)(de)品質,只有當充電(dian)器和電(dian)池(chi)保護板的(de)(de)品質可靠性(xing)(xing)和穩定性(xing)(xing)提(ti)高了(le),整體的(de)(de)市場銷售量自然就增加了(le)。
四、電(dian)動自行(xing)車用鋰(li)電(dian)池發展前(qian)景(jing)分析(xi)
(一)鋰電自(zi)行車(che)將逐(zhu)漸(jian)普
