首款28V單輸入電池充電器
Maxim推出MAX8814首款額定28V的單輸入充電器,用于單節鋰離子(Li+)電池。器件僅需4mm2的電路板空間,通過集成MAXIM專有的溫度及恒流恒壓(CCCV)調節電路,可以避免快速充電過程中出現過熱,簡化了硬件設計。MAX8814具有過壓保護電路,可以承受高達28V的輸入瞬態變化,性能可靠。高可靠性和集成度使該小型充電器成為蜂窩電話、智能手機、USB應用、藍牙器件以及其它手持設備的理想選擇,這些應用中主要關心充電器的安全(quan)性、充電(dian)速(su)度和尺(chi)寸等特性。
