據南(nan)京供電(dian)(dian)(dian)公司介(jie)紹,南(nan)京境內高速公路服務區(qu)目前已建成(cheng)22座充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan),實現充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設施全覆(fu)蓋(gai),其中最(zui)有特色的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)屬長深高速六(liu)合服務區(qu)兩(liang)座充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)。昨天上午,記者來(lai)到該(gai)服務區(qu),在電(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車(che)快充(chong)(chong)站(zhan)內,4個(ge)嶄新的(de)(de)(de)小車(che)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)車(che)位排成(cheng)一(yi)排。充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)雨(yu)棚頂部平面布置了(le)容(rong)量(liang)約12千瓦時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)光伏發電(dian)(dian)(dian)板(ban),采用(yong)光伏發電(dian)(dian)(dian)。在站(zhan)體外(wai)圍配置了(le)容(rong)量(liang)為(wei)(wei)100千瓦時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)梯次利用(yong)“電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)屋”。“屋子”里擺放(fang)了(le)很多臺電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),這些(xie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)就(jiu)是該(gai)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)最(zui)大的(de)(de)(de)亮點,因為(wei)(wei)它們都(dou)是從電(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車(che)上淘汰下(xia)來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)。光伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)被輸送到這些(xie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)里儲存(cun)起來(lai),待(dai)有車(che)輛來(lai)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi),這些(xie)“變廢為(wei)(wei)寶”的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)就(jiu)可(ke)以釋放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng),給汽車(che)快速充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)了(le)。
“儲能電池的梯次利用,提升了電池的全壽命綜合應用,實現了電池的最大使用價值和經濟效益。”南京供電公司相關負責人說。 據中國電科院有關專家介紹,一般來說,動力電池的容量低于80%就不能再用在新能源汽車上,考慮到使用環境等綜合情況,動力電池的平均壽命是5至7年。從目前新能源汽車的應用情況看,到2020年,我國電動汽車動力電池累計報廢量將達到12至17萬噸規模。
“這些報廢電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)并非完全(quan)失去(qu)了(le)(le)價值(zhi)(zhi),理論上說,它們還(huan)可(ke)以按照電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)容(rong)量的不(bu)同,利用(yong)(yong)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力儲能(neng)或者相關供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)基站(zhan)以及(ji)路燈、低速電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車上,最后再(zai)進入回收體系(xi),這就是動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的梯次利用(yong)(yong)。”省電(dian)(dian)(dian)力公司相關負責人(ren)說。 此外(wai),該(gai)(gai)站(zhan)還(huan)采用(yong)(yong)了(le)(le)智(zhi)能(neng)無人(ren)值(zhi)(zhi)班(ban)模式,樁體各類(lei)故障(zhang)自(zi)動(dong)檢測(ce)、自(zi)動(dong)上報國(guo)網(wang)(wang)車聯網(wang)(wang)平臺,并自(zi)動(dong)派(pai)單,保證(zheng)人(ren)員(yuan)45分鐘到場(chang)維修(xiu)。最大(da)程(cheng)度(du)保證(zheng)了(le)(le)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)安(an)全(quan)、快速、可(ke)靠。該(gai)(gai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)預(yu)(yu)計下(xia)月投用(yong)(yong),駕車人(ren)屆(jie)時可(ke)通(tong)過智(zhi)慧車聯網(wang)(wang)平臺,實現(xian)線上智(zhi)能(neng)找樁、預(yu)(yu)約充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、里程(cheng)測(ce)算(suan)、在(zai)線支付等,并支持e充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)賬號、國(guo)網(wang)(wang)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)卡和(he)e充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)掃(sao)碼三種方式進行(xing)費用(yong)(yong)結算(suan),正常(chang)情(qing)況下(xia)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)只需30分鐘。
