  一、智能充電器(qi)定時插(cha)座(zuo)如何工作

  220V交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)另(ling)一路經(jing)定(ding)時(shi)插(cha)座加到(dao)充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi),當(dang)充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)還未轉(zhuan)入浮充充電(dian)(dian)狀態時(shi),充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)紅(hong)燈LED1得(de)電(dian)(dian)發(fa)光,LED1兩端(duan)的(de)2V電(dian)(dian)壓經(jing)插(cha)頭 P1、插(cha)孔(kong)J1、電(dian)(dian)阻R2加到(dao)VT3基極,VT3飽(bao)和導(dao)通(tong),將(jiang)2.1V穩(wen)壓調整管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)VT4基極短路到(dao)地,穩(wen)壓調整管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)VT4截(jie)止,石(shi)(shi)英(ying)小鬧(nao)鐘(zhong)(zhong)無直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供給而不(bu)工作,當(dang)充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)轉(zhuan)入涓電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)浮充充電(dian)(dian)階段時(shi),充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)紅(hong)色二極管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)LED1兩端(duan)變為零電(dian)(dian)壓熄(xi)滅(mie)(充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)綠(lv)色二極管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)則發(fa)光),此時(shi)VT3也因基極零電(dian)(dian)壓而截(jie)止,電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)調整管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)VT4正常導(dao)通(tong),輸(shu)出2.1V直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),石(shi)(shi)英(ying)小鬧(nao)鐘(zhong)(zhong)得(de)電(dian)(dian)開始計時(shi),當(dang)計時(shi)到(dao)預先設(she)定(ding)值時(shi),石(shi)(shi)英(ying)小鬧(nao)鐘(zhong)(zhong)輸(shu)出低電(dian)(dian)平音(yin)(yin)頻脈沖訊響信(xin)號(hao),該低電(dian)(dian)平音(yin)(yin)頻脈沖信(xin)號(hao)通(tong)過VT2放(fang)大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)經(jing)電(dian)(dian)容C5濾波輸(shu)出一直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓,使VT1飽(bao)和導(dao)通(tong),開關S1電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)脫(tuo)鉤(gou)線圈得(de)電(dian)(dian)產(chan)生磁(ci)力,使開關按(an)鈕脫(tuo)鉤(gou)跳開,斷開交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),從而實現自動(dong)結束充電(dian)(dian)。

  筆者利(li)用(yong)萬能印制板來焊(han)接(jie)(jie)本定(ding)時插座(zuo)電(dian)(dian)路(lu),安裝時注意,一定(ding)要將石英小鬧鐘內(nei)的小揚(yang)聲(sheng)器(qi)拆除,小揚(yang)聲(sheng)器(qi)正極所(suo)(suo)接(jie)(jie)位(wei)置接(jie)(jie)三(san)極管(guan)VT2發射極,小揚(yang)聲(sheng)器(qi)負極所(suo)(suo)接(jie)(jie)位(wei)置接(jie)(jie)三(san)極管(guan)VT2基極,引線見圖4。本人焊(han)接(jie)(jie)成(cheng)的定(ding)時插座(zuo)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)與充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)連接(jie)(jie)如圖5所(suo)(suo)示。
