電動(dong)車(che)電池(chi)(chi)如果過(guo)度(du)使(shi)用,如此會造成(cheng)電池(chi)(chi)過(guo)度(du)發熱,進而造成(cheng)電池(chi)(chi)內(nei)硫(liu)酸物質(zhi)(zhi)的減(jian)少(shao),濃度(du)的縮(suo)減(jian),會造成(cheng)一種(zhong)特殊(shu)物質(zhi)(zhi)的產生,很容易在極板上形成(cheng)一種(zhong)粗大(da)堅硬的晶(jing)體,會造成(cheng)電池(chi)(chi)接受電量的能力(li),縮(suo)減(jian)電池(chi)(chi)的使(shi)用能力(li)。
8.電池(chi)額定容量(liang)大小(xiao)與(yu)壽命有關系嗎?
有。電池容量受活性物質和利用率影響。電動助力車蓄電池外形尺寸一定,極板的質量已被限制到一定的程度,只有提高活性物質的利用率,才能提高容量。要提高電池容量,必然增加孔率,提高PbO2含量、硫酸比重,但是這些措施都會加速正極板的軟化,造成電池壽命加速衰減,充放電過程中活性物質會產生膨脹、收縮( 特別是正極板) ,放電深度越深,活性物質膨脹收縮量越大,更加速活性物質軟化。因此,初始容量偏大時直接影響蓄電池充放電次數。
9.什(shen)么情況時(shi),我們需要(yao)對電池進行維護充電?還有需要(yao)注意些(xie)什(shen)么?
