大 家知道(dao),鎳(nie)鎳(nie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)足電(dian)(dian)(dian)后(hou),電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)兩端電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓不(bu)僅(jin)不(bu)再上升,還會出(chu)現下(xia)降趨(qu)勢。如果在充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)過程中測出(chu)其下(xia)降趨(qu)勢,便(bian)可保(bao)證(zheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)所需的(de)準(zhun)確充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時間,實現大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流 快(kuai)速充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),延長電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)壽命。但(dan)多數電(dian)(dian)(dian)路較復(fu)雜,不(bu)易制(zhi)作(zuo)。平時所見充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器電(dian)(dian)(dian)路多用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓比較法,不(bu)易調準(zhun),常產生誤差。本電(dian)(dian)(dian)路適用(yong)于所提(ti)要求,且(qie)可提(ti)供不(bu)同的(de) 充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流以適應不(bu)同的(de)需要,電(dian)(dian)(dian)路簡單,制(zhi)作(zuo)容(rong)易。
電路如圖所示。ICl中的壓控振蕩器(VCO)受加在9腳上的電池電壓的控制, 其輸出信號一路送入IC2中的相位比較器14腳,與IC2中的VCO信號進行相位比較,比較結果控制IC2中的壓控振蕩器;另一路送入ICl中的相位比較器,與IC2來的VCO信號進行比較,其結果控制充電電路。充電時,電池電壓上升,使ICl中的VCO振蕩頻率上升。當13腳為低電平時,C6放電極其緩 慢。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路中(zhong),VD3為(wei)IC提供恒(heng)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),可(ke)(ke)防(fang)止(zhi)(zhi)干(gan)(gan)擾。VDl、V4組成恒(heng)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,可(ke)(ke)防(fang)止(zhi)(zhi)誤動(dong)(dong)(dong)作且轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)開(kai)關(guan)S2,可(ke)(ke)獲得(de)不(bu)同的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,按圖 6?15所示,可(ke)(ke)分(fen)別獲得(de)約50mA(R9擋)、300mA(R8擋)、1A(R10擋)的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容Cl、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻Rl為(wei)延時電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,它主要(yao)用以防(fang)止(zhi)(zhi)干(gan)(gan)擾 引(yin)起誤動(dong)(dong)(dong)作及可(ke)(ke)長時間(jian)不(bu)取出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池。若C6放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)過多(duo),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路便重新啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。S1為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源開(kai)關(guan)兼啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)開(kai)關(guan)。S3為(wei)微(wei)動(dong)(dong)(dong)開(kai)關(guan),可(ke)(ke)消除C6上電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)對下次充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的影響。
