新型電池充電器芯片AAT3783內置OVP開關
研諾邏輯(ji)科技有限公司(si)(AnalogicTech)宣布推(tui)出AAT3783,一款(kuan)帶有內(nei)置(zhi)過壓保護(OVP)開(kai)關的1A線性鋰(li)離子/聚(ju)合(he)物電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯片。該款(kuan)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯片可通過交流輸入(ru)或USB輸入(ru)對4.2V鋰(li)離子/聚(ju)合(he)物電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)(dian),同(tong)時還帶有數字式(shi)熱管理系統,可將充電(dian)(dian)(dian)效率最大化(hua)并且減(jian)少電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)(dian)時間。
“當前許多蜂窩式手機、藍牙耳機、MP3播放器等等便攜系統的制造商需要過壓保護功能,以便預防錯誤輸入電壓對電池或系統的損害,”研諾邏輯產品線總監 Siamak Bastami說道。“通過內置1個隔離了的OVP開關,AAT3783鋰離子/聚合物電池充電器提供的保護功能,可防止高達28V的單(dan)點失效(xiao)電壓(ya),同(tong)時可減少元器件數量并將設(she)計簡化(hua)。”
充(chong)電效(xiao)率的最(zui)大(da)化
AAT3783在同一(yi)片芯上(shang)集(ji)成了1個充(chong)電(dian)裝(zhuang)置,1個反向阻斷(duan)二極(ji)管和電(dian)流傳感(gan)電(dian)路(lu)。其運行輸入電(dian)壓范圍是4.0V 到 7.5V,可提供100 mA 到 1A的可編程電(dian)流。
為了在(zai)所有運行(xing)條件(jian)下(xia)將充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)最(zui)大(da)化,AAT3783帶有1個(ge)特殊的(de)(de)數(shu)字式熱管理系統,用以測(ce)量內部片(pian)芯(xin)的(de)(de)溫度(du)以及當(dang)該器(qi)件(jian)超過(guo)預設限(xian)制時降(jiang)低快(kuai)(kuai)速充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。這一熱環路控制不斷地對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路片(pian)芯(xin)的(de)(de)溫度(du)進行(xing)測(ce)試,對快(kuai)(kuai)速充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)進行(xing)調(diao)高、降(jiang)低小步(bu)調(diao)節以達到均(jun)衡電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。由于(yu)熱環路控制系統充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)水平,通過(guo)在(zai)快(kuai)(kuai)速充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模式下(xia)保(bao)證采用最(zui)高水平恒(heng)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),盡可能在(zai)任何特定外圍(wei)溫度(du)條件(jian)下(xia)將充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效率最(zui)大(da)化。
AAT3783還(huan)具有過壓、過流、短路和超(chao)溫電(dian)路功能,當出(chu)現(xian)故(gu)障時,通過關閉系(xi)(xi)統可自動保護充(chong)電(dian)設(she)備、控制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統和充(chong)電(dian)狀態(tai)下的(de)電(dian)池。AAT3783還(huan)提供1個(ge)狀態(tai)檢測(ce)輸出(chu)引腳,可通過直接(jie)驅動1個(ge)外部(bu)LED來顯(xian)示電(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)狀態(tai)。
