Maxim公司日前推出高頻、多化學類型電池充電器IC MAX17005/MAX17006/MAX17015。器件采用(yong)專有的高頻電流模式架構,可顯著降低(di)成(cheng)本(ben)和外部元(yuan)件的尺寸(cun)。
該系列IC設計工作于1.2MHz高開關頻率,與許多其它電池充電器IC相比,允(yun)許使(shi)用尺寸(cun)更小的(de)(de)輸(shu)出濾(lv)波(bo)器,從(cong)而降低了輸(shu)出濾(lv)波(bo)器的(de)(de)設計(ji)尺寸(cun)和BOM成(cheng)本。此(ci)外(wai),該系列電(dian)池充電(dian)器IC允(yun)許使(shi)用n溝道功(gong)率選擇(ze)開關(guan)(guan),而無需使(shi)用常規(gui)設計(ji)中采用的(de)(de)更為昂貴的(de)(de)p溝道功(gong)率開關(guan)(guan)。
