老電工10年發明智能充電器
智能充電器(上)與普通充電器相差無幾
10年前,外甥女給電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)忘了(le)時間,兩天兩夜后發現電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)“流(liu)(liu)水”報廢。自那時起,做(zuo)了(le)十幾年電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工的(de)舅(jiu)舅(jiu)張(zhang)建(jian)(jian)彬就將此記在心頭。10年后的(de)今天,張(zhang)建(jian)(jian)彬終(zhong)于做(zuo)出較成熟的(de)智能充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi),只要電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)滿(man)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)就把電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)徹底切(qie)斷,既避免了(le)過量充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)損害,又起到(dao)了(le)節(jie)能效果。
“充電時間(jian)再長(chang)也不怕(pa)”
張(zhang)建(jian)彬高中只讀了半年,做電(dian)工已有20多年。目前(qian),他在(zai)石(shi)家莊(zhuang)市(shi)計劃生育技術服務(wu)中心做電(dian)工技師。
56歲的張建彬從包里拿出智能充電器,個(ge)頭與一(yi)(yi)般(ban)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器相差無幾(ji)。隨后(hou),張建(jian)彬(bin)隨手拿出一(yi)(yi)個(ge)普通的(de)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器,接上(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源。“你(ni)看,正常的(de)情(qing)況下(xia),充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器上(shang)的(de)綠燈亮了(le),說明電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)滿了(le)不(bu)必再充了(le)。”張建(jian)彬(bin)又在(zai)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器上(shang)接了(le)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓表,指針一(yi)(yi)下(xia)子跳到“51伏(fu)”的(de)位置。“這說明還有少量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流在(zai)輸(shu)送。”張建(jian)彬(bin)說,如果不(bu)盡快拔掉電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池里的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)會過(guo)量(liang),最(zui)終損害電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池壽命。
“再看看這個智(zhi)能(neng)的充電(dian)(dian)器,充滿電(dian)(dian)了自(zi)動關(guan)閉電(dian)(dian)源,充電(dian)(dian)時間再長也不怕。”張建彬(bin)把(ba)智(zhi)能(neng)的充電(dian)(dian)器接上電(dian)(dian)源,又接上電(dian)(dian)壓表,電(dian)(dian)壓表一動不動,之后又用兩根手(shou)(shou)指(zhi)(zhi)頭(tou)(tou)觸摸電(dian)(dian)路(lu)接頭(tou)(tou),“如果有電(dian)(dian),我手(shou)(shou)指(zhi)(zhi)頭(tou)(tou)就著了。”
多一(yi)部分電路(lu)控制電源
“其(qi)實就(jiu)是比一(yi)般充電(dian)(dian)器多了一(yi)部分(fen)電(dian)(dian)路,這部分(fen)電(dian)(dian)路能在電(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)量飽和后自動斷電(dian)(dian)。”張建彬(bin)說,“我琢磨(mo)了十年才做成,如果科(ke)學家(jia)想做這個,我估計就(jiu)是幾天的(de)事(shi)兒(er)。”
在申請的說明書上記者看到介紹,稱此發明的目的是提供一種帶自動控制節能系統的智能充電器,實(shi)現電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)滿后自(zi)動(dong)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)路設(she)計利用原有的(de)(de)四運(yun)放IC電(dian)(dian)(dian)路作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和比較,通過精(jing)密穩壓等反饋延時電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,實(shi)現了電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)到極(ji)限時主動(dong)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)。這個智(zhi)能充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器解決了蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池在無人看管的(de)(de)情況(kuang)下(xia)容易充(chong)鼓充(chong)爆的(de)(de)問題。
潛心10年搞發明
說起為啥做智能充電器,張建彬介紹,大(da)概在2000年,外甥女買(mai)了一輛電(dian)動自行車,有一次(ci)她給電(dian)池充電(dian)“充了兩天(tian)兩夜(ye),電(dian)池流水了。”拿到修車那(nei),師(shi)傅看了看說“用(yong)不(bu)了,換一個吧。”自從那(nei)時起,張建彬對此事耿(geng)耿(geng)于懷(huai),“鬧鐘都(dou)能自動響鈴(ling),充電(dian)器也就能自動斷電(dian)啊!”
當(dang)時,他(ta)做(zuo)智能充電器是(shi)心有余力不(bu)足,畢竟(jing)自己學歷(li)有限,但他(ta)有一股子(zi)犟脾氣,知難而上(shang)。起(qi)初他(ta)拆了不(bu)少鬧鐘,又拆了不(bu)少電子(zi)定(ding)時器材,琢磨里(li)面(mian)的(de)(de)技術。不(bu)過(guo),早(zao)幾年的(de)(de)時候工作忙(mang),到(dao)了2008年他(ta)開始(shi)集中專研集成電路等方面(mian)的(de)(de)知識,“下班不(bu)回(hui)家,蹲在自己的(de)(de)辦公室里(li),看(kan)書、實驗。”張建彬說(shuo),后(hou)來癡(chi)迷到(dao)周末也不(bu)回(hui)家,“老(lao)(lao)伴和我斗氣,叫我回(hui)家干活,我早(zao)上(shang)5點就(jiu)(jiu)起(qi)來,把活兒(er)干完就(jiu)(jiu)走,老(lao)(lao)伴就(jiu)(jiu)沒話說(shuo)啦!”
為了(le)搞明白一(yi)點(dian)問題(ti),張建(jian)彬在2009年還去了(le)一(yi)趟(tang)北(bei)京,“問了(le)問專家,還找來點(dian)必(bi)備的(de)器材。”張建(jian)彬說(shuo),如今(jin)他終于解(jie)決了(le)外甥女(nv)以前遇到(dao)的(de)難題(ti),“以后充(chong)電時間再長(chang)也(ye)不(bu)怕啦(la)!”
