根據諾基亞公司的預測,2008年全球手機銷售量將達12億(yi)部(bu),比2007年增(zeng)長10%。即使按照每(mei)部(bu)手機在出廠(chang)時只配一(yi)個(ge)(ge)鋰離子充電(dian)器(qi),該市場的需求也(ye)要12億(yi)個(ge)(ge)之(zhi)多(duo)。根據市場調研公司賽迪(di)顧問的預測,2007年中國MP3銷量達到200多(duo)萬臺(tai),與(yu)此同時,MP4和MP5等新(xin)概念(nian)播放器(qi)也(ye)突破200萬臺(tai),去年這(zhe)兩個(ge)(ge)市場總計需要400多(duo)萬個(ge)(ge)鋰離子充電(dian)器(qi)。
記(ji)者了(le)解到,目前中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)是全(quan)球鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)充(chong)電(dian)器最大的生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)地,去年(nian)共(gong)計生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)了(le)5億個(ge)充(chong)電(dian)器,其中(zhong)1億多個(ge)銷售在國(guo)(guo)內(nei),其余都銷往國(guo)(guo)外(wai)。而內(nei)地市場上(shang)(shang)有超(chao)過幾(ji)(ji)百家的鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)充(chong)電(dian)器制造商,其中(zhong)大多數為中(zhong)小(xiao)型企業,平均每家廠商的月產(chan)(chan)能(neng)在幾(ji)(ji)十萬個(ge)以上(shang)(shang),廣東省聚(ju)集(ji)了(le)最多的鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)充(chong)電(dian)器制造商。
在(zai)鋰離子(zi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)產品(pin)中,手機(ji)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)市場上的(de)主(zhu)流產品(pin)。崧順國(guo)際有限(xian)(xian)公司(si)研發部技術總監喻德茂向《中國(guo)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)報》記(ji)者介(jie)(jie)紹(shao)說,今年他們(men)公司(si)主(zhu)要設計生產手機(ji)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)以及PDA、MP4、隨身(shen)充(chong)(chong)等一些(xie)特(te)(te)殊的(de)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)。而東莞市石龍富華電(dian)(dian)子(zi)有限(xian)(xian)公司(si)開發中心經理林俊容則介(jie)(jie)紹(shao)說,今年他們(men)設計的(de)手機(ji)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)中,主(zhu)要是(shi)5V充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi),充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流在(zai)500mA-800mA之間,這些(xie)產品(pin)的(de)特(te)(te)色(se)包(bao)括:安全,環保,節能,通用。
充電器要符(fu)合(he)安全環保法規
雖然鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)市(shi)場被看好,但鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)對充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的要(yao)求(qiu)非常苛刻,要(yao)設計生產鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi),需(xu)要(yao)滿(man)足幾大要(yao)求(qiu)。其中,基本要(yao)求(qiu)是充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)要(yao)保持特定(ding)的充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)和(he)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),即恒(heng)流(liu)恒(heng)壓(ya)方式,這(zhe)(zhe)才能保證電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的安全充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。而且,為(wei)有效(xiao)利用電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)容(rong)量,需(xu)將鋰離(li)(li)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)至(zhi)最大電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),但是過壓(ya)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)會造成電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)損壞,這(zhe)(zhe)就要(yao)求(qiu)過壓(ya)保護(hu)。

而最近(jin)幾(ji)年,解決鋰離子充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)的靜態能耗問題也逐步成(cheng)為充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)設計過(guo)程中的一(yi)個重要環節。
總體來(lai)說,鋰離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)在(zai)(zai)設計過程(cheng)中在(zai)(zai)安全、環(huan)保(bao)和能(neng)(neng)耗上(shang)(shang)(shang)必需(xu)滿足(zu)(zu)不同的(de)(de)國(guo)際(ji)(ji)和國(guo)內標準。東莞市石龍富(fu)華電(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)有限公司開發中心經理林俊(jun)容向《中國(guo)電(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)報》記者介紹說,在(zai)(zai)安全方(fang)面(mian),鋰離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)要(yao)(yao)滿足(zu)(zu)國(guo)內3C/GB4943的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),要(yao)(yao)取(qu)得(de)3C認證(zheng)和TLC認證(zheng),還要(yao)(yao)滿足(zu)(zu)YD1591規定(ding)(ding),出(chu)口則要(yao)(yao)完全符合國(guo)際(ji)(ji)上(shang)(shang)(shang)IEC60950的(de)(de)安全規定(ding)(ding)和要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu);在(zai)(zai)環(huan)保(bao)方(fang)面(mian),鋰離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)要(yao)(yao)符合《電(dian)子(zi)(zi)(zi)信息產品污染控制管理辦(ban)法》,或(huo)要(yao)(yao)符合國(guo)際(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)RoHS要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu);在(zai)(zai)能(neng)(neng)耗方(fang)面(mian),鋰離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)要(yao)(yao)滿足(zu)(zu)YD/T1591中關于效(xiao)率與無負載(zai)能(neng)(neng)量消耗方(fang)面(mian)的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),或(huo)國(guo)際(ji)(ji)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)CEC(加州能(neng)(neng)源委員會)及能(neng)(neng)源之星(EnergySTar)的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)。
芯片勝在性價比
在(zai)鋰(li)離(li)子充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)器(qi)中(zhong),電(dian)池充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)器(qi)芯(xin)片(pian)在(zai)系(xi)統設計中(zhong)扮演著(zhu)重要的(de)角色。它(ta)是控制(zhi)鋰(li)離(li)子充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)狀態(tai)的(de)功率器(qi)件。目前,市場上主流(liu)的(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)器(qi)芯(xin)片(pian)包括技領半(ban)導(dao)體(ti)(ACT)、美(mei)國超捷半(ban)導(dao)體(ti)(PI)、意(yi)法(fa)半(ban)導(dao)體(ti)(ST)、飛思(si)卡(ka)爾(Freescale)、昂寶(OB)及懷(huai)格(ge)有(you)限公(gong)司(si)(IW)等廠(chang)家(jia)的(de)芯(xin)片(pian)。
在這些主流芯片(pian)中(zhong),ACT的(de)(de)芯片(pian)單價最低,各種(zhong)性能(neng)都(dou)達到了廠家的(de)(de)要求(qiu),因此(ci)(ci)市(shi)場(chang)也最火。去年ACT銷(xiao)售了1億多(duo)個(ge)鋰(li)離子(zi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電器(qi)(qi)芯片(pian),中(zhong)國國內(nei)的(de)(de)鋰(li)離子(zi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電器(qi)(qi)廠商基(ji)本都(dou)有基(ji)于ACT芯片(pian)的(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電器(qi)(qi)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)系(xi)列(lie)。此(ci)(ci)外(wai),PI和(he)ST的(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)在市(shi)場(chang)上的(de)(de)占有率(lv)也非常高。其中(zhong),PI的(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)性能(neng)非常好,但價格也非常貴,以前,外(wai)資鋰(li)離子(zi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電器(qi)(qi)廠商大多(duo)都(dou)采用PI的(de)(de)芯片(pian)。而市(shi)場(chang)上的(de)(de)主流產(chan)(chan)品(pin)型號(hao)包括ACT的(de)(de)ACT30和(he)ACT35、ST的(de)(de)VIPER12系(xi)列(lie)、PI的(de)(de)LNK系(xi)列(lie)及(ji)昂寶的(de)(de)OB系(xi)列(lie)。
崧順國際有限公司研發部技術總監喻德茂向記(ji)者介(jie)紹(shao)說,鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)充電(dian)器企業在(zai)選擇(ze)芯片時(shi),要(yao)考慮(lv)芯片的性(xing)能(neng)穩定度,是(shi)否便于(yu)設計生(sheng)產,價格(ge)是(shi)否優惠,是(shi)不(bu)是(shi)能(neng)夠滿足CEC及(ji)Energystar等相關要(yao)求。而東莞市石(shi)龍富華電(dian)子(zi)有限公司開(kai)發中心經理林俊容表(biao)示,他們(men)在(zai)選擇(ze)時(shi)考慮(lv)的是(shi)成本和品質(zhi)的綜(zong)合比(bi)較,也就是(shi)性(xing)價比(bi)上(shang)的考慮(lv)。
而充電器芯片廠商主要在安全性,像控制精度、熱處理等方面改善設計。像飛思卡爾日前推出了一系列鋰離子電池充電器集成電路產品MC34671、MC34673和MC34674,具有高精確度和高集成度。電池充電器集成電路可以在整個溫度范圍內提供±0.4%的輸出電壓精確度和±5%的充電電流精確度。這些電池充電器集成電(dian)路為(wei)單個鋰離子(zi)或鋰聚合物(wu)電(dian)池提供(gong)高(gao)達(da)1.2A的(de)(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流。高(gao)輸(shu)入電(dian)壓功能(最高(gao)達(da)28V)是專為(wei)消除手持器(qi)件所需的(de)(de)外部輸(shu)入過(guo)電(dian)壓保護(hu)電(dian)路的(de)(de)需要而設計的(de)(de),有助(zhu)于降低系統(tong)成本和電(dian)路板空(kong)間。
而(er)與此同時,Maxim(美信)也推出(chu)MAX8814首款額定28V的(de)單輸入充(chong)電器(qi),可(ke)以承(cheng)受高(gao)達28V的(de)輸入瞬(shun)態變化。該器(qi)件通過集成(cheng)MAXIM專有的(de)溫度(du)及恒流恒壓(ya)(CCCV)調節(jie)電路,可(ke)以避(bi)免快速(su)充(chong)電過程(cheng)中出(chu)現過熱,簡(jian)化了硬件設計。
此外,微芯等企業也都推出了新的鋰離子電池充電器芯片(pian)產品,而(er)芯片(pian)企業在(zai)不斷提高產品性(xing)能、安全(quan)性(xing)和低(di)功耗水平(ping)之外(wai),降低(di)成(cheng)本,提高性(xing)價比也(ye)是應該重點(dian)關注的(de)。
