Silver Telecom推出首款電池充電器模塊
由旭捷電子所代理的英商Silver Telecom于日前推出首款電池充電器模塊,Ag102。該(gai)模塊內建高(gao)效能的(de)(de)DC-DC轉換器,主要(yao)是(shi)用于減(jian)少(shao)功(gong)率的(de)(de)消耗(hao)及(ji)增加使用在(zai)粗糙充電技術下的(de)(de)電池壽命(ming)。此模塊主要(yao)是(shi)針對介于1.2Ah到7Ah容積的(de)(de)12V密封式鉛酸(SLA)電池。
Ag102是一(yi)個智(zhi)能(neng)的、經(jing)濟(ji)的密封式(shi)鉛(qian)酸(suan)(SLA)電池充電模塊(kuai)。它能(neng)使典型電力介(jie)于(yu)1.2Ah到7Ah的12V密封式(shi)鉛(qian)酸(suan)(SLA)電池做有效(xiao)的充電。使用(yong)多階(jie)段(duan)的智(zhi)能(neng)充電技術(shu),透過Ag102將(jiang)能(neng)有效(xiao)的延長的電池壽命。
Ag102可接受介于9Vdc~36Vdc的寬輸入電壓范圍,只需要增加兩個額外的組件就能擁有24Vac輸入。此提供相當大彈性的選擇,意謂著系統和充電器將只需要一個低價的(de)電(dian)源供(gong)(gong)應(ying)器。搭配使用(yong)英商Silver Telecom的(de)以太網絡供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(POE)模塊(kuai),Ag102也能透過網絡線供(gong)(gong)應(ying)鉛(qian)酸(suan)(SLA)電(dian)池的(de)充電(dian)使用(yong)。
充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流可以經(jing)由外部(bu)輸(shu)入的調整去滿(man)足電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容量。此將(jiang)促使(shi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的上下(xia)限風險降(jiang)至最低(di)(di),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)終端電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓將(jiang)不斷的被偵測。一(yi)旦電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量達到滿(man)載,充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)作將(jiang)停止且會(hui)避免持續的充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),這(zhe)種充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模式,將(jiang)顯著(zhu)的降(jiang)低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)本(ben)身因為持續的充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)所(suo)造成(cheng)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)損害,延長電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)使(shi)用的壽命。
同時(shi)也增加了(le)一個(ge)低(di)成本的(de)溫度調節(jie)器(qi),可以使充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)池因持(chi)(chi)續充(chong)電(dian)(dian)所產(chan)生的(de)溫升有溫度補(bu)償(chang)的(de)作用,這(zhe)個(ge)將有助(zhu)于維(wei)持(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)池壽命。
